an adopted brother) when her mother, Mary Ann Davis died. William, without disscussion with the rest of the familly (the real decendants of Joseph and Mary Ann Beaumont) purloined their extensive crystal collection and took it to America
without their permission. This was after the funeral of Mary Ann (Polly) Davis.
