Fri July 14th 1927 My brother Jack is to be married tomorrow to Nellie Fraser. On the 28th of this month they sail for Australia (Melbourne) on the 'Borda'. Sat July 16th 1927 Jack was married this morning at 10.15. They are going to Chester
for the honeymoon. Nellie looked quite chic in an eggshell blue silk pleated dress, grey shoes & stockings & white crinoline hat trimmed with large white & blue flowers & broad velvet ribbon. The (.........) was wonderful. Great red clouds like
chariots of fire.
